1. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
• Orders are processed after payment is successfully authorized.
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order ships.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
• Large lighting fixtures: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date (not the order date).
All shipments include tracking information.
3. Shipping Fees
• Free standard shipping on most U.S. orders.
• Any additional shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
There are no hidden fees.
4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
GildLamps is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refused shipments
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
After review, we will provide a replacement or resolution.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund.
